쉐케레란?
'아샷세'(Axaste)는 '쉐케레'(Shekere)와 같지만 더 작은 박으로 만들었으며, '아샷세'는 '카바사'(cabasa)의 원조이고 아프리카가 그 기원이다.
또한 쿠바 등지에서는 '아퓨체'(Afuche)로 알려져 있다.
구슬이 달려 있는 그물을 가지고 싸여 있는 구조로 되어 있으며 '쉐케레'와 같은 기본적인 구조로 제작되었다.
유리 구슬이나 열매 껍질이 더 맑은 소리를 제공하며 플라스틱 구슬의 사용은 제작이 용이하지만 더 어두운 소리를 낸다.
